I am a sinner saved by grace, a husband of over 14 years, the father of 5 children, and an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. Since 2006 it has been my privilege to serve as a chaplain in the US Army. I received my undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute and I earned a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
I enjoy family time, hiking, taking road trips to historical sites, drinking coffee, chatting with friends, and reading books that turn my thoughts towards Jesus.
Whether it be by explaining and applying God’s Word in the pulpit, classroom, or counseling session, nothing gives me greater joy than helping God’s people come to know and love Him with greater precision and intensity while also pointing everyone to Christ alone as our only hope and comfort in life and in death.
